Sacha Kay – Practice Manager, Registered Nurse, Cosmetic Injector and Aesthetician
Being a Pacific Plastic Surgery team member from its inception in June 2005 Sachas’ role encompasses both the surgical and administrative fields. She not only delivers the holistic and premier care Pacific Plastic Surgery has become renown for but she is also on hand to ensure all facets of your journey with the Pacific team meets your expectations. Having a background in both surgical, post operative nursing and extensive experience in perioperative plastic and reconstructive surgery, Sacha is responsible in coordinating your care from your initial meeting with Dr. James Gaffield, FACS, FRACS, to assisting with all facets of cosmetic and aesthetic surgery within the operating theatre and during your recovery. Sacha is also Pacific’s cosmetic injector and facial aesthetician and is always on hand to share with you her knowledge of facial balance and how to improve facial symmetry and volume.
Lyn Kendall – Practice Nurse and Procedural Booking Consultant
Having over 20 years of nursing experience Lyn is absolutely vital in providing the care held paramount by Pacific Plastic Surgery’s philosophy. Having extensive and intimate knowledge of all surgical treatments performed by Dr. James Gaffield, her role ensures a smooth transition from your very first meeting with the Pacific team, to booking surgery, planning, and conducting your aftercare. Lyn knows it is of the utmost importance to provide a surgical journey that is timely, supportive and assures you that you are indeed being cared for in the best possible way by the best possible team.
Natalie Finlay – Customer Service and Patient Liaison
Pacific Plastic Surgery welcomed their newest staff member, Natalie over 12 months ago and she has quickly become an essential asset in your care with us at Pacific. Her role as medical receptionist and customer service advisor makes her your first contact point with Pacific Plastic Surgery. With a background in a diverse range of medical fields including hospital and radiology administration, perioperative admissions, and now patient liaison within the realm of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Natalie is equipped to advise upon any questions you may pose regarding your interests in cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgery.
